The biggest outcome of 2020 for me was expanding beyond Value Stream Mapping to an entire suite of maps focused on delivering positive outcomes, starting from wherever you are.
It's been an incredibly rewarding process to work with some of the greatest minds in the software delivery space to tease out, test, and distill these maps into a step-by-step flow.
